Delete your account.
You can delete your Kanat Automobile account at any time. Here is how, and what happens when you do.
1. Three ways to delete it
- In the app — open the Account tab and tap Delete account, then confirm with your password.
- On this website — sign in, go to Account, choose Delete account and confirm with your password.
- By email — write to [email protected] from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it. Requests by email are handled within 30 days.
If you have money in your wallet, contact us to withdraw it before you delete the account; an account with a wallet balance cannot be deleted from the app or the website.
2. What is deleted
- Your name, email address and phone number are permanently removed from your account.
- Any loyalty points you have are lost.
- You are signed out on every device, and the account can no longer be signed in to.
3. What is kept
- Tickets you have already paid for stay valid, and booking records are kept, as required for accounting.
- Payment and refund records linked to those bookings are kept for the same reason.
